All gender restrooms are available at all schools, and in the following locations at the hotels:

Bus & Parking Information
- Public Forum Debate & Lincoln Douglas Debate. Anyone planning to take a tournament bus to PF or LD on Saturday morning should arrive at the Kentucky Int’l Convention Center (KICC) between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM EDT. The KICC is located on Market Street between 2nd & 4th Streets. Buses will drop at both Trinity and Assumption High Schools. At the end of the day, buses will depart the tournament sites and drop off at all hotels. If you plan to drive yourself, there is free parking available at both high schools.
- Speech Events. Anyone planning to take a tournament bus to Speech on Saturday morning should arrive at the Kentucky Int’l Convention Center (KICC) between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM EDT. The KICC is located on Market Street between 2nd & 4th Streets. At the end of the day, buses will depart the tournament sites and drop off at all hotels. If you plan to drive yourself, parking at The University of Louisville is available in the parking garage located at 2126 S. Floyd Street. It is $5 for the day and CASH ONLY.
- Policy Debate & Student Congress. Policy Debate and Student Congress will stay in the downtown hotels for their preliminary rounds. As all downtown hotels are within a ten-minute walk of each other, no buses will be provided on Saturday.
Registration Information
- League Registration: Diocesan directors will email confirmation of their league’s registration to ncfl@tabroom.com on Thursday, May 25 between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Alternately, Diocesan Directors can visit the virtual registration desk via Zoom to identify changes.
- Individual School Check In: Coaches must check in online on Friday, May 26 between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to confirm their school’s registration
Lunch ticket pick up
Participants who pre-ordered lunch tickets should pick them up at the Souvenir Table at the Omni Hotel between 12:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday, May 26.

Good judges make decisions only on what was presented by the contestants in the round. The judges should distance themselves from the content of the presentation. Personal values of the judges should not influence the decision.

Conference Direct Housing Representative
Joline Pudoff from Conference Direct is onsite in Louisville to assist participants with any issues they may face during hotel registration. She will have a desk at the Omni Hotel by the escalator on the first floor on Thursday and Friday, and she will be available to all hotels by contacting 916-235-8667.
