Exhibitors at NCFL
The Washington-Arlington Diocese of the NCFL is happy to provide exhibiting space at the 2026 NCFL Grand National Speech Tournament in Washington, D.C., May 22-24, 2026. Below are guidelines for exhibitors, as well as a link to our registration form.
Philosophy
The Washington-Arlington Forensic League (WACFL) is pleased to provide space, tables, and an electrical outlet for exhibitors because they provide useful products and services to NCFL members. However, exhibitors must not impede the operation of the National Tournament or exhibit where local rules do not permit the sale of products.
The only exhibitors allowed at national tournament sites will be those permitted by the WACFL. Other exhibitors or vendors will be ejected from tournament premises. The WACFL/NCFL reserves the right to refuse approval to any exhibitor.
Equipment
The WACFL will provide one table, two chairs, wifi access, and electricity. The WACFL will not provide power strips, power cords, or any other electronic equipment.

Prohibitions
Only the WACFL or NCFL may sell T-shirts or other memorabilia and souvenirs of the tournament or the city.
Reservations
Tables will be reserved on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

- Friday, May 22 ($250 for the day)
- Registration at the Marriott Marquis, exhibit space available from 10 AM to 9 PM
- Saturday, May 23 ($150 for the evening)
- Postings Party at the Marriott Marquis, exhibit space available from 7 PM to 11:45 PM
- Sunday, May 24 ($300 for the day)
- Elimination Rounds at the Westin (PF & LD), exhibit space available from 8 AM to 6 PM
- Elimination Rounds at the Marriott Marquis (Congress, Policy, Speech), exhibit space available from 8 AM to 6 PM
- Awards at the Marriott Marquis, exhibit space available from 6 PM to 9 PM
Prohibitions
